I’ve been looking for a small Anubis for awhile. My mom brought me one back from Egypt years ago, but I moved too many times and its ear got broken. This is well-made!

Way way smaller than I thought it would be. Still mice though.

Great statue. Wonderful customer service. The promptness of delivery made me happy. The piece satisfies what I hoped for. My personal criteria was very demanding. It represents my beloved dog Teddy, who was overwhelming joy at all times. 2 years of scrutiny has been put to peace. The shrine Anubis resides in memorial shrine several cat statues (including two with cremated remains in beautiful boxes (a $360 value, and priceless remains remains, and momentos. Total I have spent $567, plus tax on my shrine. Ad well as my own hand carved Egyptian symbols, and painting. This statue has done nothing but complete the ones I've loved and lost: bringing a bit of closure.

I am very happy with my purchase of this figurine. I love the history and knowledge of Ancient Kemet, which is what it was called back then. Egypt is the modern name for the land mass and the people there now are not the people who built the pyramids, cultivated civilization, and reached such high levels of spiritual knowledge and technology. That was done by black Africans in that time and as a descendant of Africa, I look upon their history with reverence and wonder. This figurine sits at my music production workstation in my home studio and I love it. I feel like Anubis is with me when I'm working and its just a nice figurine to have on the desk. If you love the history, magic, and wonder of Ancient Kemet, I highly recommend grabbing one of these. It's on the small side, but that makes it easier for it to fit on my oft cramped workspace. I give it 5 stars all around!
