If you tend toward the smaller size, you'll find that when you adjust the straps they will come all the way up to your shoulders, but there are no loop guites for the adjustment strap so it slips off the main shoulder straps and diggs into your armpit. After 30 minutes it becomes seriously uncomfortable.

Ok for money .. awkward to put on .. if over 42 inch chest probably hard to fit.Did have some effect but becomes uncomfortable after prolonged period.

I have a sedentary computer desk and often have backache. In the past four days or so, I have used this posture corrector for several hours every day, which really forced me to sit up straight. So far, it's greatI also like this way. These materials are of high quality. The cushions on the armrest make it more comfortable and very soft. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this. It's highly recommended

Arrived today and worn for approx 4hrs. Some things I can point out immediately are:Pros:1. Decent price.2. Does help with posture of upper back when fastened tight enough.Cons:1. Thick enough that you can't wear it discretely under clothing.2. Rides high at the back, exposing it self above your clothes neckline / collar.3. Digs in to your armpits constantly. Friction doesn't subside over time, only escalates.Overall:Not bad for the price. Wanted a subtle but effective back posture corrector to wear under my shirts for my WFH job. Don't think this is it. Brace is to thick for that, so clothing fits awkwardly over it. It also pops up at the back, becoming visible above your collar. You do feel it working, sort of, as you sit there and also as you move around. What I feel the most however is friction from it digging into my armpits, regardless of how tightly I have it on. Hoped it would subside over time or that I'd just stop noticing it, but it just gets more uncomfortable until you take it off just to let your pits breathe again. I don't think I'd recommend.

I am almost 1.92 meters tall and I weight almost 98 kilos. My impression about this correction belt:the size of this belt is fine for me;it is quite easy to put it by myself;it helps a little bit for my back while I am sitting and working with the computer. However,it is not comfortable to wear , when some heavy exercises are being done, such as riding with bicycle, or lifting;once it is put, I feel some pressure to my back, but I would like to feel more force into it;Overall, it is not as good as I would expect.

This helps remind you to sit/stand up straight. My advice would be to use it in increasing amounts each day, I started with a bit too long and it became uncomfortable at first. You need time to get used to it. Recommend using at a computer. Feels like a quality product, professionally packed and delivered.

I tried every adjustment and position of this thing and it did nothing to support your back. The Y piece at the back is soft foam and doesn't provide any firm support like the other reviews suggest. Felt cheap and I've returned it. I'd avoid this item if you are looking for a good sturdy back support.

I’ve only been wearing this for three days, following instructions with starting at 20 minutes the first three and then adding 20 more as the days progress. It does make you sore in the beginning but it’s just like going to the gym for the first time. And it will be tight in your armpits but that’s normal, how it’s supposed to be. Just wear it over a shirt or hoodie and you will be fine. I’m already sitting straighter even when I’m not wearing it. My body is acclimating to better posture beautifully. I’m glad I chose this supporter. I searched for about an hour before I chose this one and am completely happy with my decision. I wish I would have gotten one sooner, my slouching has been causing me pain for years.

It’s ok although hard to wear at times, and the Velcro starting to loose grip

I was excited to get this to see if it would work for my back. It seemed simple to use and had decent reviews. It came with a “free size”- which evening after tightening the Velcro, it’s still felt too big for my frame. I am 5’6- Meduim (sometimes large) size shirt.The front part dig into my armpit area without actually feeling like it was doing anything for posture. So bummed!

I am very excited when I got this products, because this could be helped for relieving my back pain and Improving my posture. And then, I used it few days, I noticed that the posture corrector device is helpful, Iusually wear it 30 minutes and twice a day, it develops the mucles memory lets my back straight and finds confidence. So it's well worth.

This Upper Back--Brace for Clavicle--Support is really good for small people. I have the Man 's Chest measurement of 44--inches.......it was very tight on me.
