I was between this and another, similar set, and while this one was a little more expensive, chose it because it came assembled and with a cover. That was a good choice. With a friend, we had it unboxed and together in about 15 minutes (all the cushions are there, one was wet because I didn't unbox it immediately so it's sitting behind to dry). I thought something was going to be missing since it shipped in only 4 boxes, but it was all there. It's lightweight so it's easy to move around, but appears to be built well. Clips were easy to attach to keep it together. The velcro on the cushions doesn't work all that well, and the corner pieces only have velcro for one of the two, but that's a minor inconvenience. Pretty color and comfy for me, though it is short and I'm only 5'5, so maybe not the best set for tall people. Many of the lower-priced sets are the same height, so as expected.

First off, the shipping company is the worst I've ever seen. They had my furniture at our local hub on 5/21 and said it would be delivered on 5/23. Didn't get it until 5/29. NSD (Non Stop Delivery) has horrible customer service. Their communication is so bad,if I were in charge of Amazon, they would be fired. They only reached out to me AFTER I left them a nasty review on Google.The furniture is sturdy and well built. Very pleasing to the eye.DESIGN FLAWS:1. The material they covered the cushions with is a very slick polyester. They slide all over the place. There is a tiny bit of velcro there, but its such a small amount that it is worthless. If you buy these, I highly recommend purchasing a large amt of velcro and figure out a way to use it so as to keep the cushions in place. I'm gonna try Gorilla Glue.2. Its not comfortable at all. For a quick sit down its ok. Last night, my wife and I sat on them for 2 hours and that was about all either of us wanted. The cushions slide around and the back cushions should be about 3 inches taller.All in all, its a decent purchase. If I had paid more, I would be disappointed. My one star rating is only to get the attention of the prospective customer and to let Amazon know the NSD is the worst. NSD got a 1.5 rating on Google for exactly the same reasons mentioned above.If it weren't for the design flaws and shipping, I would give 5 stars.

It is amazing product. Arrived all assembled as stated, which made my husband really happy; delivery guys were great. Furniture is very comfortable and neat, looks on my patio exactly like on the picture! All my family loves it! Thank you!!!

Love them, they have a lower back than expected but the looks it's perfect. Great Quality. It is just a very stiff couch.

My husband and I were skeptical of the promise to have it completely assembled at delivery. We are more than happy with how the product arrived (assembled!!) and how easy they set was to set up - the furniture looks great on our deck and we have had friends comment on how nice (and thick) the cushions were compared to what they have. I think this is a great value set of outdoor furniture. If I was going to change anything at all it would be to add a little more velcro to attach the cushions backs to the furniture so they don't fall forward. But other than that I love our set so far!

I ordered the item May 11 and it arrived June 29 which was in the time it indicated. However, I was planning to use it for a get together for the July 4th holiday but two of the cushions came in the wrong color (grey instead of white) so now I am waiting on customer service to reply. Its not a bad set for the money. I do have issues with the cushions staying in place but the overall quality is pretty good for the money. The back of the chairs is low so be aware of this as well. Again, I do not mind this but some people may not like it.

I absolutely love this set! It's really comfortable to sit on. There's no assembly required and it's super light to transport. My 13 year old and I had all the pieces unboxed, transported from our garage to our back deck and set up in less than 1 hour. Love that the back cushions Velcro to the bottom cushions. May look at velcoring the bottom cushions to the base. This was a great purchase and I highly recommend!

This is a beautiful patio set. It is well packaged, lightweight and the color is exactly what I hoped for! It came in a reasonable am out of time as well.
