Quality looking & functioning product
Remote works really great just like it & the TV did when new, all problems solved. The new remote looks of good quality and almost an exact copy of my original remote. My approximately 12 Year TV or it’s OEM remote had began to randomly fail not commanding station changes and function changes correctly. Taking a chance on a $10 dollar remote is a lot better than buying a new TV & its remote. Then with nothing to loose, since I now have a working remote. I carefully used something flat & thin to separate the old case halves starting at the bottom end on the remote. Once apart I wiped all the internal mating push buttons surfaces with a dampened alcohol cloth. Now my wife has her own remote too. Certainly a worth while purchase.

Does the job.
I gave four stars because you need to press the buttons twice and the response is slower than with the original remote. My original remote started working again but I love to have this one as a back-up when it gets lost or if it malfunctions again.
