Lewitt 0dB Self-Noise Large-Diaphragm Studio Condenser Microphone (LCT-550)

Easily the clearest-sounding and most versatile microphone I've ever used. This thing is a beast, you can use it on vocals, guitars, drums, whatever... I've yet to use it on anything and had it sound bad. I used it on some male and female vocals last week and both of the artists told me that they never heard themselves recorded so well... and they actually gave really good performances because of it. The 0dB self noise is great... I used it on a really soft vocal part that I was having some problems capturing with another microphone, and the sound is super clear without any noise. The front panel lights up when you connect phantom power... it looks really cool glowing in the studio. Build quality is really solid and sturdy, and I like the shock mount design. All around a really versatile and great performer. I've used some other Lewitt stuff and it was also great, but this one is definitely my favorite.
