Great for children with special needs that cannot suck from a straw
This cup is fantastic for anyone who has a difficult time sucking from a straw, and can't drink from an open cup without spilling the drink everywhere. Our daughter drinks great from an open cup but spills all over herself. We us this cup (without the inner plug) to help her drink and the spout acts as a way to keep the water from getting everywhere. It might not work for others, but it is literally the only cup that has worked for us and we have purchased about 30 different cups for her. Happy mama over here. :)

Does Not Work!
I bought this for my senior mom who kept knocking over her drink. Thought this was the answer! Wrong!! I think the plastic is cheap and when I tried to screw on the lid it had to match up perfectly or would not screw on straight. Straw hole is large so not sure if she can use this. If you lay cup on its side, liquid pours out of the straw!!! No way is this cup spill resistant!!! It's going back!!

Just ok
Definitely not spill proof. Small, cheap plastic. The lid is difficult to secure, and the cup has some rough edges. Overall, it’s ok.

Neat little sippy cup that's good for adults
This is our 2d purchase of the Kirimon Spill-proof Cup and we gt it because of the two caps: One with a standard small hole and one (blue) with a larger whole for drinking thicker liquids like smoothies.

WORKS WELL
Bought this for my mom who has swallowing issues. This cup works very well. It does not leak if you don't overfill it, it has 2 tiny holes at the top, so just be careful to follow directions. I think it is way overpriced however, but it does work well.

Ease of use for mother using her left hand
My mother is using her left hand due to a stoke. I wanted her to feel comfortable drinking without spilling. She was able to grip the handle and drink with confidence. Problem solved.

Not worth it.
Not leak proof. Tip over and it will still spill. We actually put a straw in it 4 my dad since too much drink comes out when he tips cup 2 drink. Only plus is I can usually catch him b4 all of his drink ends up on the furniture.

Disappointed
Product is fairly made. Handle unstable. Seal under lid falls out constantly when screwing on lid. Absolutely not spill/leak proof. I have to handle for my patients. Not as perceived for medical adaptive equipment. Entirely to costly for the poor quality of product.
