I've known about the medicinal properties of mushrooms for decades now. Dr. David Williams wrote about their amazing benefits and Natural Killer (NK) cell count bolstering properties in his Newsletter, Alternatives, years ago.Since I recently started taking this particular supplement my bowel movements have been like nothing I've ever seen or felt in my life. I am a 57 year old male weight trainer/health advocate of 45 years and never have my movements been so healthy - EVER!!!Not to be morbid, but my movements have gone from liquid, nasty to 2 to 3 feet in length which indicates less swelling of the intestinal tract and a healthier gut flora. It's like nothing I've ever experienced in my life. The energetic feeling started in the gut along with being able to b-r-e-a-t-h-e deeply and profoundly. It felt like life was oozing back into my cells again. I went from tired, run-down, cranky, anxious and lethargic to energetic, vibrant and full of piss and vinegar. I can say vinegar, right? ;-PSeriously though, this stuff is the best mushroom supplement I've experienced to date. That it contains Chaga as well only assures me that I am getting more than enough Superoxide Dismutase to keep my energy levels peak. Dr. Cass Ingram states that tortoises have more SOD than any creature on earth and live to be upwards of 250 years. Chaga has more SOD than any plant, mushroom, etc on earth. If you're not on this for immune-building, disease-preventing, energy-increasing reasons, my advice - DO IT!!!P.S. No upset stomach when taking these. It's a minor thing that some supplement companies don't achieve. And right now, when we all could use a further immune boost, it helps that I can take it without having to figure out exactly when during a meal to time it. Bonus:. Did you know some of these mushrooms have nootropic effects too?

I love this Mushroom Complex. I have been taking it in the morning and feel a heightened sense of well being an focus throughout the day. The energy is sustained but doesn't leave you feeling jittery. This is what I have been looking for since getting hooked on medicinal mushrooms through Four Sigmatic, but without the high price tag!

I used to use the mushroom powder. The capsules are very convenient.

I have been a big fan of the Wild Foods Mushroom powders for quite awhile so I was really excited they decided to make them in a pill form! Easy to swallow,convenient & no taste! LOVE all the Wild Foods products! Great high quality!

I like Wild Foods products, but received items in mid March that said they expired two months ago.
