Okay when you put it on, but easily comes off while you are asleep.

Although it is comfortable, the quality is very poor. The value for money is ok I guess.. because it was very cheap when I bought it.

I bought this for several reasons. I spent 40+ years unable to breathe thru my nose, so now that I've finally had that fixed, I need to take full advantage of that. Firstly, it helps prevent snoring. I used to snore so bad I'd wake myself up with it. Second, it helps prevent me from drooling. Drooling from the side of the mouth can cause sores on the corner of the mouth you're drooling from, so this helps prevent those as well. Thirdly, I have fringe that tends to cowlick if I sleep on it wrong, and the battle between keeping my jaw up and my fringe down is no longer an issue. Finally, after massive weight loss, I've less fat in my cheeks, so the jowls have gotten a tad slack, and this re-trains my face to help reverse my chronic RBF. Is it comfortable? Not really, but it's also not uncomfortable enough to not use. The double strap does help keep it in place. It's a good design. The ear holes are well placed. Remember to keep the hooks on the LEFT. The main issue I have with it is that the back of my head is too curved, so there's nothing back there to keep it from sliding up or down. This morning I found it had fallen off in my sleep. On the whole, I give it a thumbs up. Update: After a month of use the inner foam has split and it's coming apart. It's very disappointing as it seemed high quality, but now I need to get another one. I'll see if I can't get a better quality one elsewhere.

I bought this product because since I work from home, it will be a good use for my neck and chin area. However, it is very uncomfortable and tight. I do not see any difference after using it for 1-2 months.
