Elephant Brand Bandanas 100% Cotton Since 1898-5 Pack

They managed somehow to not screw it up, YAY!

They are cotton, can't find this all the time any more. They are fine for inexpensive bandanas.

Got 6 pack of black, 6 pack of red. Yes ... good. Wish they were "thicker" like I remember these kinds of kerchiefs back in the 70s and 80s. I assume it's a price versus thickness thing. When I hold them up to a light, these are somewhat "see through".That said ... these are better than some "name brand" ones I bought last time ... not that "Elephant" is not a name brand ... but you get my drift. But these do have enough thickness to make me happy ... and they feel well made and like they will last.This is after 50 years of buying these handkerchiefs ... early on in hardware stores where the "real handkerchiefs" were sold. What can I say (while blowing my nose) but time moves on.p.s. I always machine (hot wash and hot dry) them before using ... at least once ... to break them in. These softened up a bit ... and my memory of the 1st wash texture says they will soften as desired in about 2 more washes ... and won't ravel on the edges (well made). I'll let you know if I predicted incorrectly.

these bandanas are great, the only thing I wished as that they were a 3x3 and not a 2x2. I use these everyday have one in my backpack, one on my person, one in my get home bag and one in my hip pouch I carry everyday. I use these not only for my nose but I use these as a means of survival. I use these to pour water through to strain it and get out as much junk as possible. I also used these as part of a tourniquet for a broken arm, I have used it to tie around things to carry these are just very versatile they are great quality so far have not had an issue with them coming apart on me. highly recommend them if you are looking for something like this to put in your gear pack.

Not the 'elephant brand' bandanna I'm used to ~Yes they are cotton, but : thin thin thincloth. Sub-par.
