Great tools for hip surgery recovery
Using for recovery with hip replacement, these were great addition to tools at my disposal. While the bands didn't provide as much resistance that I thought I needed for my arms, they were great when using on the ankles for strengthening hip and thigh areas. Love them and would recommend and would get again.

and love the versatility
Purchased the 3 pack of bands to use at home, and love the versatility. I used this type of band with a fitness program I was currently attending, and now I do it at home with the same routine. They are comfortable to use, and the different resistance levels make it great for different muscle groups.

Good product for the right price. Simple resistance bands that can be used anywhere. Can stretch to about 3.5ft. Will use everyday.
