I was a little hesitant about buying this after reading the reviews about fading & bad seams, but took the chance anyway and am really glad I did! The product was excellent - well packaged, in perfect condition, and survived several trips to the pool on my vacation. There was absolutely NO FADING whatsoever, and it didn't deflate even a little. The patch kit was totally unnecessary. There was also no smell.Overall this is such a fun, super cute pool float! Definitely turned a few heads and people kept taking pics of/with it. I love it a lot and can't wait to use it again this summer! :)

Works as advertised. Not meant for heavier adults but for skinny light teens.

Pros:I've purchased 3 of these over the past 2 years. These are perfectly sized for river tubing. My big frame fits well and my bottom keeps cool in the water. No unnecessary frills like hard handles, headrests, nor cup holders. People on the river like to compliment the cute donuts design, but i just like them for their nice simple design.Cons:I popped one on my car door handle trying to ill-advisedly force it in while inflated, another sprung a small hole after many river trips. It also has a small inlet air nozzle, it inflate much more slowly than the big river rat inlet holes.

So, I've read the other reviews, and I can see the potential for fading and whatnot... like with ANY pool toy left out. We've used ours a few times, so far no sign of fading or color rubbing off (and we play on it coated in sunscreen I assure you). I do not leave it out when not is use, I store it inside (once dry) with all our other pool toys. It feels like your standard pool toy materials to be honest. It's really not that expensive, so to expect a pool toy to be really durable and the colors to be steadfast seems a bit much. Just my opinion. I think if you properly care for it it should last you a while. It's huge, I love that my son and his cousin can float on it together, or that I can stretch out on it. It's really just cute and great for poolside photos.

Oh my gosh this pool float is awesome! I'm sure it would make an awesome pool float as it is both large and very durable for the price, but my 4th grade son actually said he wanted to be a donut for halloween, so I of course turned to Amazon for inspiration--We blew up the float and hung it around his neck with string taped to the inner tube. I found an inexpensive pink shirt for him to wear underneath, then took a pink dollar store winter hat and glued painted rigatoni on it for sprinkles--it was a HUGE hit at the school halloween parade! Original and priceless!

We purchased this before heading down the river. My daughter LOVED this! It got lots of attention. It is made with thick vinyl and withheld 4 hours down the river then a quick exit during a thunderstorm where it wasn't handled very gently and still stayed intact. This is a great size! A large person can float happily on it and stay dry. My 7 year old loves it. The adults love it. However, the COLOR FADED WITHIN DAYS, literally. We live in Florida and in less than a week of floating in the pool, color side up, it was noticeably lighter. Now, about 4 weeks later, there is almost no color left on it. My son still loves it due to the size, but I'm very dissapointed that at $20 it is nearly colorless in a month.

I bought this because it's cute, but now I really love. It's my favorite pool float. It's very sturdy but comes packaged in a tiny box. If you don't inflate fully, the "bite" in it gets a little creasy, but you don't want to over-inflate on your first time out with it. I like to use it in the pool almost like a kickboard for exercise too. The "bite" is also nice because it's a little easier to get in and out that way, and you can pull up to a set of stairs or a rail a little bit closer, or pull your honey in to give them a kiss!

Lo volvería a comprar sin dudarlo, la calidad es fantástica, es bastante grande, el plástico es bastante rígido y de calidad. Habían algunas opiniones de que no era muy bueno pero nada que ver con la realidad. Lo compramos para un regalo de cumpleaños y le encanto.

Ho regalato questa ciambella alle mie figlie per il mare e devo dire che erano molto contente, anzi è stata utilizzata da tutta la famiglia!!! E' di materiale molto resistente, il colore è stupendo. E' molto grande e si sta comodamente sdraiati in acqua a prendere il sole. Consiglio l'acquisto per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

J'en suis très contente, sympa et solide. C'est arrivé dans la boîte telle quelle avec des rustine en cas de crevaison. La rustine n'a pas l'air extraordinaire mais bon c'est sympa d'en avoir mis une. Sinon long à gonfler mais est resté bien gonflé 10 jours

Oh my God, AMAZING. It's fairly large, so it could fit three adults in our 20's in the middle. So much fun, it's just ridiculous, it just makes you laugh. You should buy this, it's far better than a tyre or dolphins. It's a flipping donut, it's huge and there's a bite out of it! Laugh-a-minute!!
