For the passionate only and even then I'm not sure it is for you...
If you are really passionate about the Second World War, especially OOB's then you might find some interesting information. To be honest Axis factbook or Wiki do a comparable job. There is too much information about who commanded the units rather than its components. A simple example: The 166th Infantry division. No OOB on its components, Welle type but 7 lines out of 10 are dedicated to who commanded the unit over the course of the war. It's really a very niche reference book, not sure why I ended up buying it, it brings very little to anything. There are much better books on the subject out there such as the series by Mitchan.
