Resco Professional Cordo-Hyde Dog Show Lead, 3/16-Inch Wide x 56-inch long, Black

Great show lead for my young whippet. The sliding clip allows me to position it behind her ears and it stays there. It’s easy to coil in your hand and the stiffness of the waxy coating helps it stay that way. That said, I wish Resco would make a lead of this width 3/8” but shorter, maybe 48”. This is a lot of lead to manage for a novice handler.

This sturdy leash is our dog go-to walking leash. She’s only 30 pounds but had , in the past, created havoc walking her. Now she understands we’re in control and no more unexpected out of control behavior by her.We’re happy dog parents again!

Got this for my first Pomsky dog show. It was perfect. And he won!

I have very little experience in showing dogs, but we now have a puppy who is supposedly champion material, and so the breeder wanted us to get a headstart in preparing him. It was suggested I get this Resco lead. It's easy to put on and take off (perhaps a little too easy) and the dog doesn't seem to mind it, and so we jog around the backyard with this lead as if he is the showring. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because when I wind it up after each use, it tends to stay wound up for a while, and it makes it a bit of an untangle job the next time. But the lead itself works fine.

This lead looked used with short white dog hair on the whole lead and a darkened spot on the collar.
