when i do the sinus rinse a few hours later i get water dripping out of my nose when i put my head down or bend over. is that normal?

This is perfectly normal and happens to everyone. Since the full volume of the treatment does not come out when doing it, there is going to be a period afterwards where leaning forward, or laying down, can make the solution drain out of your nose. If it is a problem, after doing the rinse and blowing your nose as per the directions, bend at the waist to make a 90 degree angle with your legs/upper body, turn your head all the way to one side to make your ears parallel with the floor and blow gently. Doing this orients your head/nasal passages in a position to get the maximum drainage.

Can you use Kagen water with product? And at what ph level?

It is not recommended as you need to be using distilled or previously boiled water cooled down and those are at pH levels of 5.8 & 6.4, respectively, whereas Kagen water has a pH of 8.5 to 9.5.

How is this different from the regular formula?

It is hypertonic whereas the regular product is isotonic. Isotonic means that the prepared solution is the same as the natural fluids in the body whereas hypertonic means that the prepared product is greater than the body's natural fluids

Can you use these in a nebulizer ?

I would say no. The packets are salty so that when you squirt the water in your nose it is ok. I think in a nebulizer you’d just end out with salty sediment or a coating of salt on everything. That said, when I say salty, that is just to simplify. You can’t just pour table salt in water to rinse your nose. I’m sure there is a formula.
