Mackie Producer Bundle with Onyx Producer interface, EM89D dynamic mic, EM91C condenser mic and MC-100 headphones.

For the price I paid I'm very happy with this bundle. The headphones aren't as good as my ATH-M50 but they sound good. Maybe a little bass heavy. The USB interface is sufficient. I love the USB power only. However unlike the Behringer version it is lacking a stereo mono selection button. Also the gain knobs have a very slow ramp up until the last 5% of the rotation and then suddenly there's a huge gain increase. Overall the noise floor is rather low and very good. It seems that the microphone itself has more of an effect on noise floor than the mic preamps. The dynamic microphone is absolutely great! I compared this mic to a SM57, AKG, Samson Q7 and Pyle Pro. This microphone has such a clean crisp strong sound. It's not muffled and weak like a lot of dynamic microphones tend to be. The sound is closer to that of a condenser microphone. The build quality is good and I like the smooth body shape. The lower half is almost a carbon copy of the Samson Q7. The condenser microphone is interesting. It is smaller and lighter than I expected. The sound output is very hot (strong signal). I needed significantly less gain with the EM-91c than other condenser microphones. Still, the noise floor is higher than my AT2035 even at comparable volume. Not my first choice but for the price its a good microphone. This is a very good kit for someone who is just getting started. I would recommend it. Note: I had trouble using Windows 11 and Audacity to record audio. There was a device hardware input error. Turns out it was Windows Privacy settings preventing Audacity from using my USB interface.

Los micrófonos son muy buenos y sólidos, y dan un buen sonido. La interfaz se siente robusta y bien construída, sus perillas son firmes y permiten un ajuste preciso y sus conectores se sienten fuertes. Entrega un buen sonido, sin embargo en alguno de mis dispositivos no he podido usarla correctamente (Samsung Galaxy A54), en mi galaxy tab S3 funciona bien y en computadoras claraménte también funciona bien. Hecho de menos una ranura para tarjetas de memória sd o un puerto usb-c y un interruptor de encendido y apagado; y una fuente de alimentación externa para momentos puntuales en los que se requiera. Los audífonos son buenos, suenan bien pero su cable no es intercambiable y no se siente muy robusto, tampoco me agrada que el adaptador de 3,5 - 6,3 lleve rosca ya que eso hace más difícil remplazarlo. Después de un rato las almohadillas comienzan a apretar y se vuelven incómodos sobre todo si usas gafas. Solo traé un stand para micrófono, debería traer dos. Mackie necesita una app compatible con onyx para android.

I hated using a gaming headset for streaming. Tried this bundle with the interface, GAME CHANGER! Definitely worth it.

Works with my laptop on usbc and my desktop with usba just fine. It did not play well with windows audio when I tried it on a laptop that didn't have ASIO drivers. Very satisfying quality, well refined.

Product arrived with defective microphone. I’m not having any luck in getting them to send me a working microphone. Very disappointing!!
