These are sealed well and remain soft and resinous until you open them, which is exactly what you want. Probably the best combination of price/value and quality for vanilla bean I've ever seen. Make sure you learn how to process it: slice the pod in half lengthwise, then use the edge of a knife to scrape-out the sticky black "caviar". I then save the husks to stuff into bottles of Mexican vanilla I have in the kitchen, to enhance them over time. There's nothing like cooking and baking with real vanilla!

Good quality, plump vanilla beans. Perfect for making my own vanilla and vanilla sugar. They were nice and moist, good length. They also smell amazing. Would buy again.

These beans are beautiful quality. Fresh, plump, moist and pliable. I made vanilla extract with them and the taste is fabulous. Great value too. I used half the beans to make 3 pints of instant pot extract with vodka. My next batch I’ll be using bourbon and am expecting exceptional results.

Great value I got these to make homemade vanilla extract for gifts. Smell so nice

I bought these to try my hand at making extract. I bought the Vodka first then figured out I needed only 25 pods instead of the 50 pods. They were moist but i don't think they were on the larger size recommended by experienced cooks. so I just put all of them in the 2 containers I am using to age the extract. Since it takes a year for the process, I can't comment on the flavor but at 3 months, it looks like it should and I feel confident it will be a good product.
