Used mine 4 times since I bought it and now it’s leaking air around the air valve contacted the seller very nice people and are correcting the issue even after warranty was done due to the fact I only used it handful of times very happy to hear they will fix issue🤙🏼

The media could not be loaded.  We pumped up the iSUP right out of the box and noticed the valve leaking (see video of valve leak with some soapy water). We figured out that the valve just needed to be tightened using the valve tool in the the orange repair kit (see pics). We had to turn the valve several revolutions clockwise to get the valve tightened.To make sure the pump connector stays connected to the valve, we twisted the connector end one revolution counter clockwise before connecting it to the valve (so that when connected, there is a little uncoiling force from the hose that keeps the connector from popping off). The pump is single action so it does take some effort to pump up to just 10psi (which we found firm enough).Overall we are impressed with the material and build quality of this iSUP and are very satisfied with this purchase.

I LOVE my SUP - that’s what’s-SUP!The best $300 I’ve spent on anything!Fun and exercise in one package.Bit of a learning lesson to inflate, was going to return as the valve needed a lot of enticing to lock correctly - so changed rubber washer and all good.The board is sturdy, I thought the first trip out the pressure gauge in the pump did not work because the board was sturdy and no reading.Next trip I pumped more and reached 8psi and even easier to stand up.I highly recommend anyone new to water sports - go to YouTube and watch BluePlanet’s top ten mistakes of SUP ers,,, will REALLY help you, go from Newbie to Pro in a much shorter time.By my second trip I was up 95% of the timeThis will add a nw dimension to every vacation where there is a beautiful lake, in fact most vacations are going to be planned around one!Do not think about it - get one!Happy boarding x

Ordered the isups for a trip to the gulf area knowing it would be a bit before use. Upon arrival I inflated to 10lbs and let them sit for a week to get a little stretched out. Inflated easy (going from 10 to 15 is a good arm workout), deflated easy, packed easy, accessories are awesome. Just got back from a week at gulf coast using them in a bay. Very very sturdy, quality seems outstanding. Kids and wife had to problems. Even with my weak ankles and bad knees I was pretty sturdy. I had an issue with one of the detachable fins, emailed company, they resolved issue above and beyond expectation. Very pleased with product, company and customer svc is outstanding.

I've used the paddle board on a variety of lakes, small and large. When properly inflated, the board is completely rigid and navigates beautifully. The adjustable paddle is a valuable feature, since sometimes it is also nice to sit and paddle, or you may have a young passenger along who can take a turn with the paddle. Inflating and deflating is a bit of work, but I have gotten the hang of it -- using the pump is an added bonus arm workout. If you love paddle boarding, it is totally worth it.

We paid the "pink tax" for this ($40 more than the XYLove orange SUP), but ended up wishing we'd just bought two of the XYLove boards. This one is narrower and less stable, and the pump broke on the first use (the plastic hose detached from the connection piece and can't be repaired). It's still a decent board for the price overall, though, aside from the bogus pump.

This is my first time ever purchasing a inflatable paddleboard and i really didn't have any idea on which one to get since there are so many to choose from. I was looking for a decent beginner one that we could take w/us easily to the beach(on the plane) My son in laws are 6'2 & 6'6 and needed something pretty heavy duty. We are super impressed with our GoPlus board. Very thick and sturdy....super easy to inflate and deflates and rolls right up easily! Very reasonably priced also! We are super impressed w/it and would highly recommend! : )

While I blew the board up the first time at home, I had no issues inflating it to the 15 PSI as recommended. Attempting to inflate it a second time at the lake the connector piece of the pump kept blowing off and not staying in place-kind of important as it’s the entire reason for having a blow up paddle board. I bought another pump and hoping it’ll be a better fit....ughhh.Well here’s an update: I found that the pump had an extra or even spare ring that can be removed for a tighter fit around the inflation pin. It’s hard to notice as the pump is all black in color that it can be removed and save yourself from the hose flying off or even a second pump purchase. Hope to help a lot of lower star reviews that had the same issue!
