Contains dicalcium phosphate! research has shown it leads to kidney stones in cats! My cats love the taste but I don’t want to give anything harmful to them so I will no longer be buying this product.

Effective enzymatic toothpaste
I have been using this product for about 4 years now to brush my kitty's teeth daily following his needing a cleaning and some extractions. His teeth are now plaque and calculus free, and the vet says his 10 yr old mouth looks more like he has the teeth of a 2 yr old cat. He likes the flavor and accepts the daily brushing. You just need to be patient but persistent and firm. Effective product does exactly what it is supposed to.

Purrrfect!!
Since my Andy was 7mo old at adoption time from Humane Society Shelter in Racine, WI , it took 3 diff flavors until getting C.E.T. Poultry flavored tooth paste for cats. Every night after suppertime he will come and practically yawn in my face to tell me its bedtime and time to brush our teeth!! If I don't respond he will wait a spell and then bug me again! A bit of advice, get a kid or adult soft tooth brush as the ones they sell for cats just are not soft enough. In case you dunno, this keeps your cat way healthier, no urinary probs at all! and nice breath too!!

great toothpaste helps dog's teeth stay clean and not slimey, neutralizes dog breath
One dog loves this and is eager to brush teeth as soon as she sees the bottle. The other doesn't care for the sticky-slimey texture (and possibly taste).Be careful of mold tho, some of the paste got onto the outside of the cap and got moldy after a day or two.My dog who likes to brush doesn't have too bad breath, but this does help make it smell more neutral. I wish it made her breath more minty but having it neutral is pretty great too.

Sticky enough to stick to teeth and the dog loves the flavor.
Our senior dog has bad teeth and with a heart murmur he’s not a candidate for anesthesia oral dental surgery so my wife got this to help his teeth. I have no idea how effective it is but he loves it so much he begs for it! He has a sensitive stomach, too, so he can’t have it close to bedtime.

Not great
Bought this for my dog and we believe this is the root cause of him getting very, very ill. We believe the enzymes were not only eating the bad bacteria but also the good bacteria that lines the stomach and intestines. Our Great Dane had diarrhea on and off for a month and a half after using this product. It took us over 2 months to get him back to “normal” and are still seeing effects of this. I would not recommend to anyone.

Yummy,kitty toothpaste!
Our cat has plaque on his,teeth all the time-its a genetically inherited dental problem--he has to go for regular teeth cleanings at the vet-but with this toothpaste,,he doesn't go as,much-has a,yummy taste which he,loves-highly recommend

Not the same ingredients
This is not the same as in picture. It says may contain phosphoric acid...which actually causes decay in teeth. This ingredient is found in soda.

Good
It took little longer than expected but customer service was very kind and fast at responding. My cat still doesn’t like brushing teeth but loves to lick this toothpaste. Clearly it tastes good👍🏻
