Good variety of colors
Color variety is good. However at first I could control the lights from approx. 8-10' with the remote but soon afterward it would only work from that distance 20% of the time. I'm not sure why but I may have been getting interference from another remote control device a few feet away. But when this happened I've found out if I stand directly underneath the color changing lights with the remote it works, so it's really not that much of a problem. Another thing you need to be aware of is to be careful when you're unscrewing the bulb/s as the upper section of the bulb may come unscrewed without you realizing it since your hand is blocking your view and you think it's coming out of the light socket but it's not. Mine came completely unscrewed that way so since my power was off I then grabbed it at the bulb socket then finished unscrewing the bulb out. I then screwed the upper section back in and screwed in the bulb and it worked. Everything works good so far and I'm hoping it'll last a very long time.

Quick trick to use these with Alexa
Smart candelabra base bulbs are very expensive here’s a cheap solution. These bulbs come with a IR Remote. If you have a IR controller like the BroadlinkRM Mini 3 or RM Pro. You can program a Television remote currently the only remotes compatible with Alexa. But you can change the icon and name. You won’t have complete control but you set the ON to ON the Mute to Off and leave them on White. They’ll resume on in last color used. So when I say Alexa Den On my ceiling fan lights go on in white. When I say Alexa Den Mute the lights go Off. The bulbs are probably equivalent to 25watt cool white bulbs maybe a little less. But they’re a fraction of the cost of WiFi bulbs and function well at this point. I hardly ever use these lights so paying $30 to $50 dollars a bulb is ridiculous. For $34 dollars I got 4 bulbs and it’ll do the trick until smart bulbs become more reasonable priced.

Great value perfect for watching movies
I bought these lights with a pretty specific purpose in mind, I wanted to use them in the fan in our living room for watching movies. I've been working on getting most of the house converted to LED loghts anyway and wanted to try something different. These lights seemed like an inexpensive way to set an ambient mood in the living room to match whatever movie we were watching. They did the job perfectly, I love using these with movies and one remote can control two sets. They really aren't very bright so keep that in mind, I wouldn't recommend using these as your sole source of light.

very good color changing led lights with candelabra base.
These were the only color changing E12 LEDs with Candelabra base I was able to find at a reasonable price. The idea was to use them for the front porch lights during the holiday season. Ordered 1 pack (2 bulbs), tested them out for roughly a week and placed another order for 2 more packs (4 bulbs). They work great and got the job done!We set them to a slow fade cycle and since they remember the last setting, so there was no need to re-set them every time these were switched on.Each pack came with a remote, but i was able to use the same remote to control all 6 lights. The usage states indoor use only, but I took a chance with installing them outside as they were completely enclosed in the porch light fixture.I was only worried about the cold temperature, but they seemed to have survived the mild winter we got during the holiday season.

Great Price for an RGB Candelabra!
I did a lot of searching for this type of rgb bulb. Glad I decided to go with this item. The only drawback is that it shouldn't be installed on a circuit with a dimmer switch. It flickers when the dimmer switch is used to turn it off. The way around this is to leave the dimmer switch on and use the remote that is included with the bulbs to turn it off and on. The remote works as described and functions the way it's supposed to. Just make sure you're close to the bulb when using it. I'm currently using 4 bulbs for my front porch pendant and it looks great with my outdoor Christmas Decor. Oh, by the way it has a note in the box mentioning the dimmer switch issue. I feel if they get rgb bulb to work with a dimmer switch it would be a flawless rgb bulb.

Pretty awesome, but remote is very short range
The bulbs are awesome! They don't get hot and the color changer is very cool.I only have one sort-of complaint and one actual complaint: The colors on the remote don't necessarily correspond to the bulb's RGB (mine are too much green so I can't really get an orange- it just comes out limey), but the three primaries work great, so that's all that really matters. The part that kind of sucks is that my remote only works from about 8 inches away. It's kind of funny really.I still love them though.

Perfect for Ikea lamps
I love these. I use them in my Ikea GRONO lamps. The base of the bulbs are about the same size as a C-7 bulb. Reds, Blues, Greens and Purple are rich and super saturated in color. Yellows, Orange and cyan are less so. Still good and bright, just not as saturated in color. I would have given 5 stars but since orange is my color of choice for LED night lights, I 'll give them 4 stars.I just hope I don't lose the remote.

Nice features but built quality is questionable.
These are nice multi-color LED bulbs. I bought several boxes and all of them can be controlled with any of the included remote controls. Another nice feature is the fact that the setting is recorded on each lamp, so it's kept after you turn it off and then back on. the reason I knocked off 2 stars is because built quality is questionable. I was unscrewing one of the bulbs from the light socket and I ended up disassembling the lamp (half of it ended up on my hand and the other half stayed in the socket). Additionally, they are not very bright.
