Perfect for my use
I bought these after having quality problems with a pair of Shimano Dual function platform pedals. I like them a lot better. I've put about 200 miles on them so far. I've got them on a bike I use for moderate length (30-40 mile) rides on local trails and also to ride in to town to the library or tavern. I want to use my clip on shoes on the trail rides and tennis shoes when I'm riding in town. These pedals are perfect for that use. I have no problem getting the right side and the clip ons were easy to adjust to the right tension. The best features are:1) They don't have the quality problems that the Shimano pedals had. The Shimano pedals developed an annoying click after a couple of months of use. (just after the end of Amazon's free return period).2) The platform side gives me much better traction with tennis shoes than any other pedal I've had. There are small protrusions on this side that seem to lock in to the shoes I have.3) The clip on side works perfectly. No problem clipping in or out. After a short break in period (~100 miles or so), they loosened up enough that the clip on is usually on top when I take my foot off. To get the platform side up, for tennis shoes, its really easy to flip it or take my foot off for 1/2 crank rotation.

a nice find!
I took a gamble on these since there isn't much information out on the web. These are nice overall. The quality seems to be just like the 'name-brand' variety. They weighed in at 203 grams each which is the exact same as my stock pedals from Cannondale so I was glad to have no net weight gain while adding functionality (that almost never happens!).The traction pins work like Spiderman’s web for traction. IMHO too well. They started to dig into my running shoes after just one 10 mile ride. I took them off and the pedals still provide a great surface for normal shoes. Don’t even think about using the pins for a barefoot ride. You’d be bleeding out in no time.I tend to pedal pretty hard so if you don’t see any updates that say “it broke”, you can assume they’re pretty stout.

Great choice for what I needed on my secondary bike for paved and unpaved greenways, trails, and roads.
It's my first set of Mountain bike clip-less pedals, and so far so good. It takes a bit of getting used to after years of road bike pedals, most recently from PD-5800's, which have a wide platform, so the much smaller SPD cleats feel almost like a button in the center of your foot, but it definitely holds on well and makes your pedaling so much more efficient on the bike, especially uphill. I haven't used the platform side much, but I bought these because of the great dual-functionality and the corner studs built in to help the platform grip better than others I've seen. They seem well-made, but only time will tell for sure.

Not using these...
Heavier than I thought, and I don't like the narrow "scooped" nature of the platform. The are resting in my parts box.

Perfect dual function pedal
Love these pedals. Clips side work great, and platform side is plenty big for my size 13 shoes. I use these on a commuter bike, and average approx 80km/week. Great value.
