Very useful, good quality bands. Excellent durability. I use them for punching and kicking. They are very helpful.

Good Quality Resistance Bands — Durable, But Material Bands Are Better
A good set of resistance bands with decent durability, and far more robust than some reviewers suggest. That said, I’ve since switched to material resistance bands, which I think are worth the extra investment.

Not suitable for physio excercises
If you are buying resistance bands for post operative physio these are not suitable. The colours are not equivalent to those a physio would give / recommend to you. Resistance is much stronger. Otherwise this appears to be a quality product. I should have returned within the return window as unused.

Juego de bandas de resistencia que empecé a utilizar para ejercicios de rehabilitación porque me operaron de la rodilla. La verdad es que son de alta calidad y cumplen su cometido. Se nota la diferencia de resistencia entre las diferentes bandas de colores. Cada color representa un nivel de resistencia desde suave a muy duro. Totalmente recomendado.
