Not for Diabetics.
OK the cookies did melt, we had a heat wave at that time. Not much but the tops got melted to the bottoms.Not recommended for Diabetics: Most of the cookie is raw sugar.The Raspberry touch was nice and contributed well to the overall taste.

A Marshmallow/chocolate dream!
A perfect match! A fluffy wonderful marshmallow experience surrounded by chocolate with a perfect little cookie underneath it all. It really melts in your mouth without trying to make it disappear!
