Samsung Galaxy S20 - Cosmic Grey - Unlocked (Renewed)

Superb phone - big step up from my old Galaxy S5 - easy to use and good amount of memory for music and photos.

The phone is cute and lays well in the hand. My version of this model came in a mint condition visually. Unfortunately, had to return it - the battery wouldn't last more than a half day. What a shame ! I do understand this is a renewed product, and you might get a good one or not so good one. Can't blame the seller for this

Bought this refurbished phone on 6th August, and it looked in as new condition, and worked perfectly for 4 days, then all of a sudden mid scrolling the screen went, green moving lines all down the display. Then the bottom half started alternating between bright white and black, making the phone completely unusable. Submitted a request for a refund through amazon and posted the phone back, and today have received a full refund, less than a week since posting. Disappointing to have to go through the faff of buying another phone and setting it up again, but happy with the speed of the refund from the seller.

A one star in being nice! I purchased a phone from this seller 6 months ago, but unfortunately, it was faulty and potentially dangerous (e.g., battery expanded causing the back casing to crack, unauthorised factory rest and being locked out of the device). I promptly returned the phone, requesting either a replacement or a refund. I specifically requested a refund because I had lost trust in receiving a functional device from this seller. I was then told the phone had been water damaged. In the 6 months of owning this device it had never come in to contact with water. Not only that, it states on the Samsung website that the s20 is actually waterproof. So something doesn’t add up here. However, after sending the phone back, and being told about the water damaged, I was then ignored for a period of time, with no updates or communication. To my shock, the faulty phone was then sent back to me without any explanation or resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication and the refusal to address the issue demonstrate poor customer service and disregard for consumer rights. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller JQ SOLUTIONS, who appears to have now changed their name! They have wasted my time, money, left me with a defective and unsafe product, and failed to resolve the issue.

Transferred everything from my old S7 with ease. Battery over 4000 mw. Lasts more than a day. it has double tap to open and close which is quick. Fast charge is useful. Compact size for pocket or bag. Camera doubles as QR Code reader. Excellent value for a mobile which cost £800 new. Came in bubble wrap with C cable, fast charger and tray pin. It doesn't seem to have the old double tap for instant camera which I used to like.

Good first: The phone supplied was a Galaxy S20 5G. It was in very good condition - no obvious marks or scratches and seem so far to be in good working order. Bad bits: It was not supplied with any accessories such as the charger or sim removal too though I don't see this as a big deal. More importantly, it is a variant of the described model that does not have an SD slot. There is only a single card caddy which only takes the SIM. The product description states that the phone memory is "expandable with an SD card to 1.1 TB" but this is not the case.

J'ai commandé un SM-G981B pour le marché Européen, c'est bien précisé sur l'annonce. J'ai reçu un SM-G981U destiné au marché Américain. Il fonctionne très bien, rien à dire, mais je n'ai pas accès à certaines fonctions Européenne, comme par exemple les accusés de réception des SMS. Je suis à la fois content, mais très déçu, mais maintenant que j'ai tout installé dessus, c'est trop tard... Je m'en suis aperçu trop tard. L'annonce ne correspond donc pas au produit reçu. ça ne mérite pas mieux qu'une étoile, malgré que le produit est fonctionnel.

Muy a gusto con la compra, la rapidez del vendedor y que el mobil estaba tal cual se ve en las fotos como nuevo y funciona de maravilla!! Lo recomiendo!!
