cookies, themselves are fine. I just don’t particularly care for the flavor of the chocolate that is used with these cookies. I suppose that’s really a personal preference. But that’s the way I feel.

Yes, the cookies arrived a little damaged. What can you expect? It's coming to you in the mail but they are DELICIOUS! I think it's better for the cookies to be delicious and not asthetically pleasing than for them to be asthetically pleasing and have a mediocre flavor. So if you don't mind cookies that are a little split up, get these because they are delicious!

This bakery has become my go to source for amazing, bakery fresh, buttery cookies! I ordered one dozen and not one of them was broken. Perfect! I will definitely be ordering these cookies and other products offered by this amazing bakery.

Nice Italian cookies you would expect from a bakery. It was a thick cookie with jam on the inside and chocolate and sprinkles on the outside. I received the cookies in a plastic outter wrap and then the plastic container. It definitely got banged up during shipment as the plastic bin was crushed and there was a lot of crumbs. I ended up putting it on a plate.

I always love sterns for their classic baked goods but this is how I received the cookies...perhaps better packaging if offering them for shipment.

I received 6 perfectly intact cookies - no broken pieces or crumbles at all. The cookies tasted fresh and just like I remember Italian sandwich cookies tasting back when I lived near an Italian bakery in NJ. I was very satisfied and would definitely order again.
