It's very safe with 3.7V input voltage. Q2. How much degrees it is able to reach? A2. This depend on your atmosphere, room temperature and humidity. if you want to get higher temperature, please wear cotton-padded shoes or other shoes with sealed space. Q3. Is the temperature raising quickly? A3. It usually need about 1-2 minutes to reach 113°F when it is tested by putting into cotton-padded shoes at 77°F.The colder the weather, longer it takes to reach the higher temperature. If you expect short heating time, put another Non-Function insoles under this Heating Insole. Q4. Is it washable? A4. We only advise you wash the surface of insoles.Be careful not to clean the charging port, which will damage the battery. Q5. Why it can't reach higher temperature, such as 140°F or higher? A5. Brilliant if they work!
They seemed ideal to begin with, for someone working out in the cold they were the answer.. lovely warm feet... however, after a few days one of the insoles would not charge, so back to square one. They were returned and refund obtained.

Perfect for raynauds sufferers
I suffer Raynauds in my fingers and toes, I wore these inside my ski boots and I didn’t suffer cold/numb toes once. Definitely recommend them. Only downside is the charging of them is difficult, not easy to fit into a ski boot (although I managed to do it) I had to take them out at the end of every day to recharge them, not sure how this could be improved though and I wouldn’t go skiing without them again!

How to operate them.
Excellent item once the Pidgin English instructions were worked out.(thanks to a previous reviewer.)With a decent set of instructions this could be a first class product.Certainly does what it says.

Awful. Didn't work.
Thankfully I got a refund but I wouldn't waste you time on these.
