I have been using this product for the past couple years - great way to get the benefits of broccoli sprouts without the hassle of germinating yourself. Recently I switched to Amazon vs. ordering direct to take advantage of subscribe and save.

Good product

The quality and taste seem to be okay and easy to swallow. No noticeable smell and the value for the money is good. Quality ingredients. I genuinely seem to feel better and no its not just a placebo. Like anything with supplements, you will notice more of a significant difference with time.

Excellent product. A bit pricey but effective

I started taking Avmocol as an easy way to get more sulfuoraphane in my diet after hearing Rhonda Patrick talk so much about the health benefits. Before that I was actually growing broccoli sprouts in my kitchen. Although it is MUCH cheaper to grow your own sprouts, they smell bad and contaminate easily so I finally caved and started buying these tablets. I’ll be honest: I don’t feel a noticeable difference day to day. But this isn’t a supplement I expect to feel right away. For me, it’s more about long-term support and consistency, especially since I don’t eat broccoli every day. Pros: Well-researched formulation (glucoraphanin + myrosinase) Easy way to add broccoli compounds to my diet No side effects for me Cons: Expensive Not something you’ll likely “feel” immediately Overall, it feels like a solid, science-focused supplement if your goal is ongoing health support rather than quick, noticeable effects.

Recommended by Dr. Rhodna Patrick, I trusted this would be of good quality because of third party testing and the knowledge of an intellectual. Not the easiest to swallow since its on the bigger size. Value for money, it depends of your priorities. Smell isn’t repulsive but expected from brocolli. Quality like I said is good. Ingredients is good. Health benefits are for those who consider brocolli as healthy for them, but these are also the highest level of sulforaphane which is why we consider brocolli as healthy.

I heard about Sulforaphane just recently and take two every day. They are flavorless and I've experienced no aftertaste or or heartburn.
