The pillow itself is very comfortable. The cover is a bit weird though. It came out of the package feeling rough and a little plastic like, and the tag says dry clean only, but i threw it in the wash on delicate cycle and dried it on very low heat for about 20 mins and it DEFINITELY improved the covers feel. If you're going to take the cover off, be very careful of the zippered opening, as the seams are kinda flimsy and one side torn open but was easily fixed with some quick stitching. All other seams feel pretty sturdy though. Overall it's a great pillow and super comfy for the price

Deluxe is a stretch … micro suede .. I don’t see it … my daughter thought it was a crumpled piece of cardboard.. not going to lie .. is soft unlike cardboard.. the fabric is thin .. no micro suede look at all … our arrived especially wrinkled , over few days unwrinkled on its own .. looks a teeny bit better .. will suit my purpose for my sons room .. if I saw this in the store .. because the color was what I wanted but never would have thought it was microsuede more like sheet material .. i would have bought if priced $10 less … is overpriced for sure

I had one of these mini chairs for years and my husband used it all the time because of his bad back. When one of my Old English Sheepdogs snuck it out of the house one night while we were asleep- I couldn’t find another anywhere in the stores. (Which I thought was strange) So I went on Amazon to find one. Without being able to see and touch it in person- I decided to order this one for me and an expensive one for my husband (just in case) He uses this one all the time and wants me to order him one just like it. The one I bought him that cost more is way too heavy and like a rock. This one is comfortable and we can put it away at night easily.

The packaging was horrible, it arrived very smooshed and wrinkled. It looked like they shoved it into the smallest plastic bag they could find and no it wasn't vacuumed sealed or anything. The faux suede is rough and sticky to the touch. The stuffing was akin to a potato chip bag, very little filling comparable so minimal support.

I am 5’4 so it wks for me, but not for a larger, taller person. The pockets are useless as they are on the arms of the support which are very short; also, the pockets hav a velcro closure whick would make it an unpleasant struggle to put anything inside. The microsuedematerial is nice, sewn well and good supportive squishy pillow insert. My biggest compliant is the shipping. The backrest was in plastic wrap and the seller folded it into another plastic mailer, strapped the plastic mailer with a ton of cellophane tape. It should have been put in a box. The micosuede was totally wrinkled; it does look better now but some wrinkles remain. More importantly, it was impossible to know where to cut in order to open the pkg without damaging the backrest. This seller deserves a big pinocchio for poor shipping.

The filling quickly squishes down and does not maintain the shape. Might be good for a child.

The picture was deceiving. I bought as a gift. She is okay with it. Personally, I would have sent it back.

This pillow would be perfect for a child. However, I am an adult and it is WAY too small. This is what I dislike most about Amazon.

It looks like the picture but honestly the quality is meh. The microsuede fabric is thin and the stuffing is somewhat lacking. I bought it as a spare, so I’m keeping it but you can get better quality at a cheaper price at Winners.I bought this because I thought it would be great to be able to take the cover off and wash it. I give the zipper two or three times at the most before it splits and I have to trash the whole thing.

The supplier was most accommodating when my 1st order got lost and followed through by sending me a replacement. Even though I had to take a brown it was nice dealing with a reputable company. I would prefer a little stiffer support but all in all it will be good for me.I recently had knee surgery so am spending time with my surgical leg up. The backrest just gives me that support so I'm not straining my neck & back

It is really not much more than a specially shaped pillow. The back is not sufficiently high and the arms are not sufficiently long. However, it manages to get the job done by providing support for a conventional pillow.

Was very pleased with the quality of the product. I would not use it for support if you have back issues, as it is a bit soft - great for general comfort, though! Would definitely recommend as a comfy pillow for reading or watching movies on the bed/couch.

Very comfy. You may never get out of bed :)
