Warmth
I was hesitant to purchase this shirt but then I thought it is only ten dollars more than a wool/cotton/polyester blend shirt sold by a leading outdoor supplier. I am glad I purchased this shirt. 100 percent wool makes a big differencewhen you are outdoors with the temperatures down to the teens (Fahrenheit) and you are exerting yourself enough to sweat. The wool keeps you warm and whisks away the sweat from your skin. Combine this with the 350 g/m2 or the 400 g/m2 shirt and a jacket outer layer and you should be warm in most conditions (i.e. low temperatures and generating enough body heat to create perspiration). I liked this 200 g/m2 shirt that I purchased the 400 g/m2 outer layer shirt. By wearing the 250 base layer under the 400 outer layer I have yet to be cold when working/playing outside. Yes, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for and I paid to be warm and am not disappointed.

Substantial cozy wool layer. Essential for serious winters.
This is a fantastic shirt. Other family uses a lot of wool, my husband especially as his job has him outside most days. This Henley is substantial and soft. And it's long enough that when tucked in, it won't pull out and cause drafts up his back or front. This is huge because most of his work is very active, and when it's 20F outside, on a roof, staying comfortable and focused is essential. So, you taller guys may benefit from the way the shirt is cut. My husband is 5'8", 190lb, rugged build. Large is perfect for him. Long enough in front and back, and the sleeves are just a bit too long for him. But, fits just right thrill the shoulders. However they are cuffed, so could be rolled up.And....you pregnant ladies? A large happens to be perfect for covering and warming big baby bellies, too.

Really good sweater. It is perfect for cold Florida weather (~60-70F) with high humidity. At lower temperatures I would recommend putting some more layers.Fitment. For reference: I wear size M in Ralph Lauren and L in many other brands, so I was expecting that size L would fit me perfectly. Size L fits me like XL -- not a big deal, even so it is perfect, but take this into account.

Long, warm.
Long body, and long sleeves. At 6'2" 205lbs., this is unusual for me for a Large. I usually need a Large Tall. Not baggy at all, just long.As for warmth, I love it. No static like fleece, and it was all needed outside at 32F tonight to dig my trailer out. Perhaps a little tighter around the neck than I like, but it's by no means annoying.

Size matters.
Usually l take a M. This time I took a L. since I'm between the two. I'm hoping I can get it to shrink to fit a bit better. M really is medium. L really is large. Well, whadoya know!!?

Great quality and size
This is a very comfortable, warm shirt and the quality is excellent. I often have issues with large sizes in shirts as they are often a bit smaller than expected. This fit just right.
