A great book and something I keep coming back to when I need a confidence boost when I'm about to attend important events. Or just a kick up the bum when I am doubting my abilities.

I really like these booklets from the school of life on all essential themes (struggles) of life... They tackle really hard concepts yet with humour and great wisdom present them in a very simple and easy to understand manner. This particular book challenged me quite a bit because "effective" is my struggle (insight and creativity not so much 😊).

In an age where pamphlets are inflated to look like books, it is so refreshing to come across a book that has something genuinely life enhancing to impart in every chapter. Bravo School of life. Encore...

My goodness, there is so much takeaway for self development in this book that can be used in a personal and professional capacity. I'm looking forward to practicing what I've just absorbed.
