My recliner motor quit so we ordered this. Had it installed by our handyman. He had no problem installing it. So far it works great. Only got it yesterday. The company sent it round about. We live in WA it came from GA to CO to Troutdale, OR and then to us. Came a day late. Add a day or so if you want it on time.

Was looking at $100+ options and couldn't figure out the exact right one. Emailed the seller, sent some photos and bought what they commended. Install was simple was a direct bolt in replacement. Even came with new bolts since the hole sizes where a little different than the existing one. Super happy.

Had issues finding the original motor in my recliner and sent them a message. I immediately got a response. I sent over some measurements and pictures and they got me the right size replacement. Took about 20 mins to remove the old one and replace with this new one. Best customer service I've had in a long time and now I am writing this review with my legs up in my recliner! Thanks!!

A little slower and the plastic isn't great quality. I don't expect it to last long term as a result, but it's better than buying a $200 Southern Motion replacement. Probably only worth $70.

Plastic piece had broken on my Jackson Furniture Catnapper Couch Recliner. Last time it broke it took Jackson Furniture 6 weeks to order, receive and come out and replace the part. I messaged the seller and sent some pictures of the original part and they recommended this part. Took about 3 days to arrive and about 10 minutes to install. Super easy and works perfectly. As good as the original FBS LMD12517 part it replaced. Hopefully the plastic piece doesn't break on this one.

I bought a couch at a discount because one of the power recliner positions wasn't working. Took about 20 minutes to get the old one out. I looked online for a direct replacement but couldn't find an exact replacement.I ordered this one and it worked just fine. The cable is slightly shorter so I had to rearrange the wiring in the couch slightly. The bracket on the couch is slightly wider than the slot in this motor but it seems to work just fine. The replacement bolts included with this unit were easier to install than the old ones.In summary $950 couch purchased for $250 plus this motor and 30 minutes work gave me a couch that is as good as a brand new one.

Easy swap for the old unit. Fit my recliner perfectly. Wiring plugged in wear it should- it was a little different than my old unit, but the cables were long enough to reach the installed wiring on the chair.

Overall it was basically just a plug-in plate type of thing I took the screws out from the old one put the screws in for the new one hooked up the wiring and it worked. I also bought the power supply that they recommended if you don't it won't work. It hooked right up to the finger buttons no problem. It was an easy 10 minute swap. My only complaint is it runs slower than the OEM version but it's not bad it does the job..
