I am having a hard time finding a cover plate for the: Leviton 14-50 Outlet, the heavy duty one with the little green car logo on it especially made for EV charging. UPC# 078477013342 Global Trade Identification Number# 00078477013342 I tried multiple cover plates and they didn't fit well. This one is PERFECT! It fits like a glove. Perfect fit for the 4in box. The 4 screws to mount to outlet on is right on the dot. The center round opening for the outlet is cut EXACTLY the size of the Leviton model. You cannot fit an extra hair in it because it is so precisely made possibly for the Leviton. If you bought the Leviton 14-50 for EV and could not find the cover plate, this is the one to get. *One thing though. Some cities may not allow this kind of cover plate for inspection. If so, you should also get the Levtion SL701 cover plate.

This was the perfect size for the Bryant 9450FR industrial grade outlet when mounting in a 4" square box for an EV charger. The standard 14-50 outlets have a smaller diameter so they won't fit the heavy duty EV-ready outlets. This one worked and fit the outlet perfectly.

Worked great. But I just needed one and it only comes in packages of two.

I used this to install a 50 amp outlet in my garage to charge my Rivian R1T. The hole is larger than the outlet by about 1/4", so there is a gap of at least 1/8" around it. Not a deal breaker, but it doesn't look right.

Used to upgrade my Leviton 14-50R to a industrial grade Hubbel HBL9450A for higher amperage loads. Perfect fitment and included the four mounting screws for the outlet to attach.

Overall, I purchased the Hubbell 14–50 outlet for my installation thinking that I could simply pop over to a local big box store to pick up an outlet cover. Being an industrial outlet, that was the wrong idea. This cover is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for a 14-50 outlet installation and leveraging the commercial industrial grade Hubbell outlet for your EV or other purpose.

I had a 50 amp circuit in my garage, had bought a Tesla, an electrician wanted $480 to install the Tesla charger when the wiring was already there. I didn't install the Tesla charger it is still in box but the portable one is 120 or 240 volt. I bought these and a $15 outlet, took me 15 minutes to install and I charge at 240 volts and 32 amps all day long no problems. There are a few sizes for the 240 V plugs, I am not an electrician, but I had a smaller outlet and cover before this for an air compressor.

It fits my Leviton nema 14-50 EV receptacle (1450r-BO). For me, that was worth the more expensive price point. Good quality. If I needed another, I would buy again.

Priced very good, although I dunno know what to do with extra one. Fits the beefier Bryant 9450FR no problem. It was very hard to find locally the cover that fits. The 1/2 raised is very important as it is a tight fit due to the length of the receptacle.

Fit a finish was fine but it didn’t fit any of the 30 amp outlets I have. Not sure what 30’s this is supposed to fit? I think it’s actually only for a 50.
