I love this product it is so clean smelling and does the work I need it to do.

I have no doubt the probiotic aspect of this product will fight germs and pathogens on surfaces. The publicly available research data supports this claim. However, the claim of fighting "grease and grime" is unfounded and there is no publicly available research to backup this claim. I asked the manufacturer to provide citations for peer-reviewed research studies that backup their claims. They provided one study. They said it validated their claims that this product fights "grease and grime". I read the entire study. It did not show how their product would fight "grease and grime". I asked the manufacturer if they had any other studies that actually backed up their claims of fighting "grease and grime". They did not respond to further requests for information. TLDR: This product should fight germs and pathogens on surfaces BUT it will not clean "grease and grime", therefore it is NOT a multi-purpose cleaner. SCD Probiotics is acting in bad faith and making fraudulent claims about the uses of their product. BUYER BEWARE.

I like the smell, but it has a strong smell if you don’t dilute it. You must dilute it as per instructions. It is the first time I buy this product so I’m using it as a multipurpose cleaner. It work great cleaning the bath room, kitchen ( the cooktop is cleaner than ever), and any surface. Overall I’m pleased with the product.

The natural all purpose concentrate product I used for years was discontinued by BioKleen. This is a lot more expensive hence the minus one star…but the ingredients are awesome and the light fragrance pleasant and doesn’t linger for days. …best of all its works great on my granite, vinyl coated? cabinet doors and wood floors and even windows! And I feel good about improving the healthy micro biome in my home cleaning everywhere with it!

I just used this for the first time on a deep clean of the bathroom: I am really impressed. I didn't use it to clean mirrors or windows, but other than that, it did a really great job! I diluted it as directed (use a spray bottle marked with oz. for best results) and just sprayed everything - the shower, the floor, the woodwork, the sink and the outside of the toilet. Everything feels really clean now! I was sort of put off by the scent at first - just didn't seem like lemongrass to me. But when you wipe it down and leave it for a second, the lemongrass scent comes through nicely and it is not overpowering (we have aversion to perfumes in this family..) I would highly recommend trying this product.

I like the concept of probiotic cleansers and was very happy with a product I used before. It is from the UK so shipping was very expensive. When I saw this one I was pleased. First off the lemon grass essential oil smells pretty funky and it is one of my favorite oils. The funk doesn't linger so I could deal with that. I am on my second 16 oz bottle and am finding it leaves a residue on my granite countertops that is not only visible but if you run your hand over it you can feel it. This I cannot accept Finally, I didn't find a use by date and probiotics are living creatures with a life span of some sort. How do I know they are still alive and will continue to work after . How long? I don't know .
