I bought 2 one for my car one for the wife mine works like it should shuts off when there’s no speaker signal the other doesn’t shut off at all unless 12v+hooked to and accessory wire that shuts off with key in my car I have it hooked directly to the main power goin to amp and it shuts off like it should anyone else run into this

I purchased 3 of these devices to enable me to supply low level audio to my home zone amplifier (Niles) from a source that only provided high level outputs (Jukeaudio). The one in the first photo was the type ordered on December 9th 2020 when I was installing the system in my home. These were labeled OMP TD-22 and simply worked perfectly on all accounts and continue to work today. Now I am installing a similar setup for my brother and so I ordered the same three devices on Novemer 1st 2021 to do solve exactly the same problem. Now that I am completing the installation I find that the devices are entirely different and do not work at all. No aurdio no LED no nothing. Please beware that the OMP ones work and current TSK ones look very similar but on the inside they are completely different and do not work at all.

First one didn't work on one channel and the replacement second unit the remote turn on failed after 3 uses. Garbage.

Delivery was as expected,worked as it should.

Works fine as you want but instructions are bit wrong about red wire. It needs continuous, not switched positive.

The instructions are close to pointless and jumping online the search helped me a lot to figure this one out. Once all hooked up works a charm. Now my boot sub turns on and off easy with this audiosense like device.

I didnt realize it had built in audio sense and I powered my sub with the tail lamp circuit. It was only when I turned off the lights that I realized they wouldn't turn off because the adapter was applying power to them LOL. So I disconnected the light circuit and ran the blue wire to the amp now the amp comes on when it senses audio signal. Great job I love this adapter thank you. Highly recommended
