I was thinking no this is rubbish but I had a sport sprain and I needed something to help with the swelling and this did. So easy to use. I will definitely buy them again. The box was pretty beaten up on arrival too and was open, but everything was inside. Overall these worked well for me at a decent price.

These worked well to knock out the deep chronic aches and pains in my hands and wrists. Pretty bulky to wear around your wrist though and they are a nightmare to remove so hence 4 stars not 5. I would reccomend that you stick and unstick it to a surface a couple times to remove a little tac before applying, and when you are ready to remove it, wash with very warm soapy water as you peel it. However, they work where tiger balm, steriod injections and many other products have failed for me so I will definitely buy them again. good relieve pain

Not a lot of good for my back pain, so after using 1pacth I now need to send the rest of them back. No good to me!

So far, I've only used this on my knee & didn't feel much benefit.

Painful foot and ankle

this didnt work for my back pain or headaches

Useless, did nothing at all for my sore back. Waste of money
