How much is the feather content and the down as well? You will find it on the tag, the percentage. Also the warranty of these pillows?

Hello Davey,The tag reads the following, "All new material consisting of inner chamber 90%: duck feather outer chamber 10%: 70% white down 30% lyocell (minimum 75% down) contents sterilized. There is a five year manufacture warranty from manufacture defects.

Are these the firm pillows or medium filled pillows of pacific coast? thanks

Honestly, I can't remember, but think they are the medium filled pillows. But they are the best pillows I ever had!!!!!hands down!

Is thise are the same pillow of Hilton's?

I'm not sure about the Hilton, but I specifically got them years ago and have been purchasing them since because they are the pillows used at the Marriot.

How do i get the bad odor, bo smell out of the 2 pillows. I have washed them twice? These are very expensive. I need help.

While I did not have this issue, one thing I do regularly with bed-pillows is wash the pillow protectors with bleach. You might consult a local dry-cleaner for further assistance on the pillows themselves, or contact Pacific Coast directly. I have had Pacific Coast Down products in my home for years and will not use anything else. We’ve tried, and always go back. I hope you get this resolved!
