Hi mate, you can't adjust the ropes. You have to choose between the 4 lengths provided. Hope this helps

Q: Can you remove weights inside handles? This will save taking lighter handles for more cardio focused skipping.

The weight is the rope, not the handle. Each rope has a different weight.

Great rope but a lil expensive but I’d recommend to anyone who wants to take there fitness seriously and wants to invest in themselves
