Probio7 Immuneand 10 Billion CFU and Beta-Glucans and Vitamin D for Daily Immune Support, 60 Capsules, 0.03 kg

After 3 lots of antibiotics over a 2 year period my gut didn’t seem to be working correctly. I didn’t feel hungry down to one meal a day. Decided to search for a really good probiotic. After doing some research, decided to order these. After the first packet I ordered more and seems to be sorting my insides out I’ve even lots weight. Back to 3 meals a day., no bloating. I will continue to use them as they suit me.

I bought these as my usual pro biotic is unavailable. I just wanted to make other potential customers aware that although there are 60 capsules in the pack you need to take two a day (one of each). I thought they were quite good value but at only 30 days supply not as cost effective as I thought.

I had UTI twice in a span of a month caused by two different bacteria so I had to take 5 different antibiotics as all were ineffective except for the last one. However, the number of antibiotics taken has killed off not only the bad bacteria but also the good gut bacteria so I had serious stomach and gut issues for several months after the last dose.My stomach was really upset and oftentimes I felt nausea, I also had digestion problems and gastric acid issues which were very debilitating and I had to change my everyday activities. At times I couldn't go for a walk for more than half an hour before I started feeling nauseous and generally unwell to continue. So after 8 months, I decided to take these pills to help me with these issues that wouldn't go away no matter how hard I tried eating probiotic and prebiotic foods. I had to remove dairy products from my daily diet as well as limit sugar intake and spicy food.Usually, it is very difficult to trust any unknown pharmaceutical brand selling their goods only on Amazon, however, Probio 7 is a well-known brand that is available in physical stores so it gives you more reassurance that it complies with all of the regulations.I decided to try these pills because I was sick and tired of feeling so unwell every day. Now after trying these pills for several days, I can tell that it helps me somewhat when it comes to nausea and bloating, overall stress and energy levels. The pills are on the smaller side so they are easy to take and they do not have any aftertaste and do not cause acid reflux.The added beta-glucan and vitamin D help to boost your immunity and give you more resilience as usually with bad digestion and gut issues immunity can be compromised as well.It is great that the product has a long shelf life (2 years) so you will definitely be able to take all of the pills before they go bad. Another great thing is that the product does not have to refrigerated in order for the bacteria to stay alive. These pills are made out of 100% natural ingredients, they are vegan and gluten-free so they are suitable for any diet.Overall, I find these pills helpful but I will update the review once I finish the course.

I have been taking these friendly bacteria Probiotic supplements for a week now and have immediately noticed great benefits to my overall digestion and bowel movements. Usually, Probiotic supplements require refrigeration for storage as heat kills the friendly bacteria – these supplements state they don’t need to be refrigerated as the strains have been freeze dried, and thankfully the bacteria seems unaffected by being stored at normal room temperature. The product is free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, gluten, GMO’s, wheat and dairy, but it does contain soya and yeast.Inside the very nice packaging, you get a total of 60 capsules, but you need to take 2 a day giving you a monthly supply.. 30 of the capsules contain the bacteria strains, and the other 30 contain beta-glucans with Vitamin D3. The capsules are medium sized but easy to swallow, and you need to take one of each per day ideally with food. You can also pull apart the capsules and sprinkle the contents on cold food or in a cold drink (it must be cold to prevent the head from killing the friendly bacteria), but it's just easier to swallow the capsules.The product manufacturing details are a little vague on the listing, but Probio7 have been around since 1995 and sell their products in stores like Holland & Barrett. The company have a professional image and sells a variety of different supplements on Amazon, plus the core ingredients are listed properly on the packaging so the quality & standards of production wasn't a concern for me.In conclusion, whilst I'm not sure how good these are for the immune system, they certainly are very effective for digestion and started working from the first day of taking them.
