This Light Rocks!! This is very heavy duty and very bright! I never liked the looks of the KC style lamps and this is a great alternative, its sleek looking and well made, very modern look. I like it has adjustable mounting to make it fit from 2 inch mounting holes up to the length of the light fixture which is about 18 inches. I bought a new E-Autogrilles 87-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ/YJ Off Road Front Bumper with 2x D-ring & Winch Plate (51-0034) and was able to mount the light under the brush bar and over the winch so its part of the profile with plenty of clearance left for the winch to operate without interference. Defiantly one of my better accessory purchases. If you own any-kind of a Off road vehicle you have to have this! Did I say how BRIGHT this is!! Its unbelievably BRIGHT! They warn when buying "Not DOT Approved", I can understand that, if you was to use this light with oncoming traffic your going to cause an accident. My 97' Jeep Wrangler came from the factory with the a on/off rocker switch for the fog lights but it was also wired into the headlamp switch so when you had the headlamps on and engaged the fog lamp rocker switch they would illuminate. My point, I didn't want to use the existing wiring circuit because the fog lamps would only operate with the headlamps in the "on" position regardless of the fog light rocker switch position. I wanted the operation of my "New Light" to be separate from the headlamp circuit so I could have full control of the light operation, so I could use it without the headlamps having to be on. So to fix it where the rocker switch for the fog lamp circuit is on a separate circuit than the headlamps, I used a "Nilight Off Road ATV/Jeep LED Light Bar Wiring Kit with 40 amp Relay" for $10 bucks and fixed that issue taking the headlight switch out of the equation. Now I can use my NEW Light with a flip of a switch. Something else while not really related but I think it needs to be put out there, Amazon has just about every thing you need and at reasonable prices. I usually shop around before I commit to buy and 99.5% of the time Amazon is my choice when buying Accessories for my Jeep and just about everything else. They are comparable and most of the time Cheaper than most of the online 4x4 stores. Sometimes you can find an item a few dollars cheaper but since I buy just about everything from Amazon I opted for the Prime Membership. What I save in shipping charges and other benefits makes it worth while for me. I buy car parts, toiletries, kitchen supplies, bedding, clothes, I haven't been in a box store in years other than buying groceries and a few trips here and there for a quick item I may need. And the thing I really like is unlike eBay, the items are NEW and of good Quality. I'm sure someone out there has a "Hard Luck" story about their amazon experience, but to date and after six years of buying bunches and bunches of stuff, I have no complaints. Getting back on track....if your in need of a 18" light bar, I would highly recommend this product not only for its sleek looking design but also its performance, did I tell ya its "Very Bright"!! This 72 watt nilight led light bar is nice and bright, it has a nice sized spot and good amount of flood. It measured only 47 watts at 14v on the test bench which is 65% of its rating. Why can't sellers be honest with their products.

haven't had time to talk about it's reliabilty .. powered up at 12 vdc , draws 3.45 amps. gets pretty warm, but does have a large area as a heat sink. i got the green , it's very bright .. range well over 200 feet. will be perfect to light up my deer feeding area. UPDATE: I had time to run this light for an extended time .. MAX temp recorded on surface was 144 ( F ) degrees after 8 hours of ON time. No failure of single LEDs were seen. As an added note: the deer didn't seem to be put off by their feeding site being lit up.. : )

This review is for the Nilight - NI06A-72W 12Inch 72W Spot Flood Combo Led Light Bar. I bought this LED light bar as a replacement for the small stock incandescent truck bed light on my ‘93 Honda Acty truck. What I like about this light is the (2) mounts can be adjusted by loosening a hex screw and sliding them along a track on the back of the light. There’s also another bracket that allows the light to swivel up and down to control the direction of the beam. Installation wasn’t too bad. Luckily, the existing light had a bullet connector, so all I had to do was connect a male and female bullet to the light’s wiring and plug it in. Also, because the mounts can move, I was able to use the existing light mount. The most difficult part was putting the brackets on the light because tryIng to place the washers and the bolt in at the same time took some patience. It’s good that the hardware is stainless steel, so hopefully it doesn’t rust. The light itself is pretty hefty and the body feels solid, not cheapy by any means. My only concern is if it’s sealed well and water-tight -as other reviewers have said that theirs got water inside the glass. The light is really bright and illuminates the entire bed and about 10 feet behind it and a few feet on the sides. It didn’t feel hot even after being on for a few minutes, but has fins on the back to dissipate heat if left on for an extended period. All in all, a very good light for the price, with the only caveat being it’s waterproof reputation.
