Great hammer. I use it often. However, I caution any else about using it on any metals harder than gold, silver, brass, or copper. You may damage or marr nice surfaces.

Arrived sooner than I had expected. It is a great chasing hammer it gets the job done. It's not to heavy or to light. It's just the right hammer if you are working with wire for jewelry.

Bigger than I thought. My mistake. Was looking for a smaller size, which would be lighter for finer work. Also, the chromed metal seems soft. After first use, very dented. None the less seems serviceable, just a bit larger than what ai needed.

Our use for it is much different than it is for. We need it break up dry dyfood for our Yorkies. It is the perfect length, weight, and handle shape to do this effectively. Plus it is a well made tool for its actually use.
