Pictured is my once battery powered lighthouse, now running off the Lenink!The part that comes out from the battery compartment is thin and manipulatable so your item won’t be disturbed by a thick cable.

I considered making my own AA battery replacements for a pulse ox device that runs continuously. The cost of this kit convinced me that I should give it a shot first. It has been operating continuously for nearly a year without any trouble at all and no performance changes to the device it is powering. This is a great value for the money and if it fits your use-case, saves a ton on batteries for continuous running devices like ours. It is easy to install and design and build quality is what should be expected for something at this price point. Based on some other reviews it seems quality control is hit or miss - we got a good one that works well with our equipment and have no complaints.

I love these! I use them on multiple things around the house, but the best use is when I get the Xmas stuff out and use it on the battery operated trinkets. These are a life saver!

I spent countless dollars on a blink doorbell for batteries. I didn't have any wiring for a door bell on my house so I was desperate. I was about to toss the thing because the batteries would only last 2 weeks. I did some searching online before I gave up. I come across this video on a YouTube that showed this wired battery. I got on amazon to look it up and ordered it. VOILA, it works ! I've had this going strong now for 7 months with no issues. Its a little tight with the wire, when you try to shut the back, to put it back on the house plate that holds it, but take your time, and work with it a little, and you should be able to make it fit.Hope this helps you guys save some money !!.

I used this on some special indoor battery Christmas lights I put on wifi plug. I ran these about 8 hours a day for 2 months, never had to replace batteries.

What a no-brainer, instead of replacing the battery every few days or having to turn on/off the decor to conserve battery now we can just leave it on all the time without worrying. The paper-thin ribbon cable should be easily snaked in between whatever battery cover you have in your device. As long as it's not a water tight seal it should work most of the time, which is what I was worried it was not going to fit. Two thumbs up... now I need to see what other items I have that could use this brilliantly.
