This fits well around my ankle . Only used it from the freezer not used it as a hot cuff .Comfortable , easy to use , does the job

Easy to use, warm or cold. Helped with my swollen ankle and knee. Strap is long so can be kept in place easily.

This is very good and does what it says on the tin. It is easy to use and good value for money. The only thing i would say is that it doesn’t stay cold for long. Not used it warm as yet.

So much easier than packs of frozen peas 😂

Really wanted something to fit under trousers. This was to big.

This is the second one of these I have bought, really good for swollen knees etc.

I could have bought a smaller ice pack for my ankle but I thought it might be useful to have a larger one which would be usable for other areas which might need a bigger one. This is pretty large but the sleeve is quite comfortable. The only slight problem is that the strap which holds it in place seems to have been attached the wrong way round – it has to be twisted so that the velcro-type fastening is facing inwards. Fortunately, the lead is very long, so this is easily, if inelegantly, achieved. It is a lot more comfortable than using a pack of frozen peas!
