Love this bag, I use it for hikes. Comfortable to carry the additional pockets are great for little snacks and other small essentials. Doesn’t leak easy to use (came with instructions) light weight and no gross plastic taste. Will be getting another for my boyfriend.

My husband and I both have one. I use it for mountain biking, hiking and long trail runs.It fits snugly and has several storage areas for food, phone, keys, etc.

Great bag — this is my second one.I don’t use the water bladder because I’m only using the backpack for short runs when I need to carry a few things on me after work. Overall, it’s really well made, fits to the body and has a lightweight about it.It’s been very sturdy and the material is tough too. Recommend for long runs and it has a lot of storage for water bottles, snacks etc without becoming bulky

I was amazed by this backpack that I got for my GF who started to hike with me, I have the camelbak ambush bag and while the bladder from the camelbak is hands down a lot better, the construction of the overall bag from kuyou is better designed, water bottle side pouches for energy drinks and plenty room to fit jackets, unlike my camelbak which was $110 BTW. Great purchase.

The design is great, I really wanted to keep it but didn’t work for biking.Cons:-Bladder leaked at lid, so was unable to fill to it’s max capacity. Had to tightened the lid more then it should have so by the time the bladder was empty it created negative pressure in bladder that made lid impossible to open.-shoulder straps not pliable, so I’m biking position shoulder straps dug into inner arms.-Insulation pocket for bladder made the backpack it self not pliable. By the time the filled bladder was inserted it made wearing it kinda bulky and awkward-No belt made room for backpack tilting to one side or other while biking-Zippers only closed one way, no dual zippers to close in desired directionPros:-Seems we’ll made for the price-Besides cons for biking, seems like it would be a decent hiking back pack-Several pockets, including mesh pockets on sides-Insulation pocket for bladder

I use it for all my long runs and it's so convenient. It keeps my phone, my fuel and my car keys safe
