Works quickly and efficiently. BC understands the assignment whether it’s headache or muscle pain. It works effectively. I get the lemonade flavor usually due to the taste. It is an art to take it. I prefer to let it melt on my tongue and then chase it with water or mix it in a cup of water and then take it. It is a good value for the money.

This stuff is abso-freaking-lutely amazing.!!! The taste is so horrible. The worst thing you’ve ever tasted, lemonade version. BUT. It is hands down the most effective pain relief I’ve found otc. I initially got it to take on a trip in case of hangovers- I also got the pre-hangover pill so I only had to pull this stuff out once and it was good for that time but it was only a mild headache and I might would’ve been fine without it. However- I’m on day three of a real migraine now, super miserable- no sleep, grumpy from pain, affecting my work schedule- monster migraine. I have been taking other otc stuff the past days which haven’t even touched it and I don’t feel like going on to argue with the doctor about why I “need” pain meds ( love justifying a why I’m in “enough” pain to need some help :( ). I randomly remembered that I had these leftover from my trip and thought- what the hell- I saw someone else using them for migraine relief that had mentioned they compared to a prescription drug ( Butalbital ) that I’ve had in the past for chronic migraines. So I grabbed one of these suckers, poured a shot of Gatorade ( if you only put it in water- you may vomit from the taste. Think crushed up advil with lemon juice and preworkout- yucky) but damn!!! I literally downed it, gagged, but downed it and I kid you not- within less than 5 minutes that migraine that I had been fighting for 3 days was GONEEE. This stuff literally feels like a prescription level pain relief. I am over the freaking moon!!!! I will be carrying a couple of these packets with me EVERYWHERE. I had a couple bites of protein bar with it cause, stomach pain from NSAIDs - but yeah. Just buy it. Do remember that they have caffeine so if you take at night, you’ll be awake for a while. But definitely worth the tradeoff for me as I can’t sleep well with a migraine anyways. If you are sensitive to hangovers and don’t feel like dealing with them- they are great when used “the morning after” the pre-party pill supplement ( can buy that super cheap on Amazon too- hands down worth it!). But if you also deal with migraines like I do- PLEASE try this! I have had migraines for over 10 years- first time something OTC has done a DAMN thing- I am in love!

Excellent just pour into mouth it dissolves. Take glass of water. Easier than swallowing pills. Tried 3 versions. Just took the nitetime. Nighty

Kills a headache quick and good flavor.

Let me preface this with, YES this tastes bad. But I would say that the lemonade flavoring helps immensely. If it didn’t have it, I’m certain it would be unbearable to take. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and have been for almost 40 years. I have taken lots of medications in my life and am ALMOST to the point where the ONLY thing that works anymore is Toradol injections or Fentanyl through the ER if it’s really bad. I happened upon this magic powder while reading through posts on a migraine related Facebook group I belong to. I’d never tried taking a powder before but when people said they swore by it, I decided to give it a try. Now, I have not tried it with a migraine yet (haven’t had one yet since purchasing the powder) but I felt an intense one coming on, more than likely stress induced and from sitting all day at work. Either way, I knew if I didn’t get some kind of medication in me stat, it could potentially grow into migraine level which is never pretty. Being that the ingredients are very similar (if not identical) to a medication I’ve taken before, Fioricet, I knew I’d be ok with taking two packets. I decided on combining the two packets together to pour on my tongue, although I had to take them in a couple different swigs. Yep, they’re not kidding when they say, DO NOT INHALE with the powder on your tongue. That’s nearly impossible because I didn’t intentionally but I still felt powder enter my sinuses and yeah…it burns. Don’t let it sit too long on your tongue either. The bitterness definitely finds your bitter taste buds so you’ll want to wash it down QUICKLY. Two packets down with almost 30 ounces of water is probably what you’ll need to adequately get the taste off your tongue. And even so, the taste doesn’t last very long. You guys!! I am shook. I’d say within 20 minutes maybe, my pain was all but gone. That is THE fastest acting pain relief I have EVER experienced aside from injectable toradol. Holy smokes! I am beside myself. Now, I’m not saying this a cure all for full blown migraines, at least not mine, that has yet to be determined. But I DEFINITELY know what I’m reaching for next time I feel a headache coming on. I would give this stuff 10 stars if I could.
