Broken jar - no return or refund
I like this product and use it regularly. However, my latest order arrived as shown on the photo, The contents of the broken jar were smeared over the other jars and the packaging. Amazon informed me that this item is not eligible for return or refund. I understand the issues about returning food items, but in this case, I don't see why I should be charged for a defective item

There is 30% less than the advertised weight. Advertised as 170 grams but only 130 grams. Also says “ineligible for return “.
