Bright and reflective in low light conditions.
I bought for my Miata car cover to put on the back and front to avoid getting hit at night. I just placed with cloth pins this far for placement. Eventually I will sew on, but they look good, cut clean, and relfect well.

Does not work
This item does not work. I sewed it on to my dog’s harness and it does not work. Now I have to remove the patches.
