Buy these if you’re looking for good speakers without breaking the bank!
I installed these speakers into the rear doors of a 2016 Subaru Impreza Limited using a mount/ wire adapter set I also found on Amazon. I bought the car three months ago and always thought the rear speakers did not sound that powerful. Lo and behold, I found that one of the factory speakers had a blown voice coil .Lo and behold, I found that one of the factory speakers had a blown voice coil and had no sound. These JVC speakers have a good mid range base along with really good highs. The factory amplifier powers these speakers very well and the sound is quite good with very little distortion at high volume. For 30 bucks, you cannot beat these speakers. I highly recommend them as a low budget, good quality replacement for the factory speakers in your car.

Small but Mighty
For the price these little guys got sound. Good mid to high tones in my opinion for the price. Replaced the stock speakers from my 09 Kia optima. Fits perfectly in mounting from stock besides one screw. Was a little iffy on the weight of them but they sounded good non the less. Matches perfectly with my 12in sub in the trunk. Good power and no distortion. Real easy connection for positive and ground you can't get them confused.

Good speakers
Let's be honest, you and I did not come here for a set of high-end speakers. These speakers are budget friendly and get the job done. $22 for a pair of 6.5" speakers is a steal in today's audio marketplace. Replacing blown or buzzing OEM speakers with an economical set makes perfect sense. The speakers are clear and crisp, but not much bass. In my opinion, they play plenty loud enough without distortion. Have realistic expectations on your factory sound system, and you won't be disappointed.Replacing the front door speakers on my 2005 Silverado with the 6.5" units was a snap. I drilled 7/64" pilot holes and used the supplied screws to install the new speakers. Works perfectly. It's nice to listen to the radio again.

20 Dollar speakers
These are twenty dollar speakers. They sound like twenty dollar speakers.I bought the speakers to repair blown front speakers (really just one was blown) in my Kia Sedona. In hindsight, the install was so cumbersome (which I expected) that I wish I had spent more for better speakers. But as I mentioned previously, it's a KIA SEDONA - the twenty dollar speakers have potentially doubled the value of the vehicle. Here is a walk through of my install (regardless of your vehicle, your install won't be all that different). Pop off door panel, find factory speaker is built into an enclosure which I must chop up, pulling the cone of the speaker out, then chopping the rear supports to the magnet with a hacksaw blade. Put new speaker in modified enclosure/bracket, drill holes in speaker surround and through to enclosure (screws included!) Flip it over and solder the tabs to the wired embedded in the enclosure to avoid chopping factory wiring. That worked surprisingly well and the polarity even lined up right. You could leave the old wires to the coil, use the included wires with push on terminals and simply twist the wires together... Regardless, installing this sort of thing is.. cumbersome...It's simple, but not easy...It's hard to get the electrical connector clips to release when you're holding a door panel, it's hard not to break old connectagazoink fasteners and cheap dried up plastics... In the end, the speakers are as good (maybe slightly better) than the OEM speakers were when new. But that is the thing, for all the work, buy some nicer speakers. You'll spend over an hour doing this (closer to two hours) even if you aren't especially careful (with your high-mileage van -or similar turdbox).I don't have a disgustingly bad rattle-ey speaker anymore. And that's great. But am I thumpin'? Hell no.. They are twenty dollar speakers.

Fit in 1998 Honda CRV
they fit perfect in 1st gen crv, in the rear you have to bend the tiny tabs that stick out the farthest, but the screw holes line up perfect. they sound good with my jvc kdt700bt head unit, not crazy loud but loud enough for someone who doesn't like there music blasting. The sound quality is good and balanced, not to sharp on the treble and vocals sound good through these speakers. Overall very happy with them for the price. The speakers are not true 6.5 they are more like 6.25 which is perfect for the first gen crvs.

PERFECT OEM Door Speaker Upgrade For 2017-2020 Elantra!
I chose to purchase 2 pair (4 speakers) of these JVC CS-J620 Speakers to replace the terrible stock 6.75" Harmin 4 door speakers on our 2020 Elantra SE using the stock "Low Powered OEM Infotainment" System. These speakers are a "Huge Upgrade" & sound Crisp & Clear as many other reviewers have stated, especially the Midrance and High frequency bands, but the "Midrange Bass" is decent as well compared to many other 6.5" speakers in this $25.00/Pair price range. Technically, What "Sold" me was the fact that they are "Very High Efficiency" speakers with "Excellent Sensitivity" of 92 dB & requiring only 30W RMS so these speakers do NOT need much power to drive them! Also, The extended "Full" frequency capacity range of 35Hz (Bass) to 22K Hertz (Ultra Highs) beats out every other brand offering at this price. JVC is an awesome reliable quality brand speaker & at 300 Watts Max Power Rating... I can add an amp or a more powerful GPS "Head Unit" later on if desired. Lastly, In full disclosure! After a week, I did just purchase a "1200 Watt 10 Inch Under Sit" Sub-Woofer/Amp Combo to property fill in the "Deep Bass" in our car. Perfect Sounding Setup Now!!
