Good value for the money.
Not as sturdy or well machined as some much higher-priced pop up cleats, but certainly a good value for the money and I'd buy them again. The nice ones cost about $200-$250 each and let's face it, a cleat is really just an installed tool and these do the job just fine in nearly any application. I wouldn't use them for towing or to tie up in a hurricane, but for daily tie ups even in bad weather, they are just fine.Warning: the nuts are lock nuts and you can't back them off again once you've tightened them down. I tried that and snapped the studs off the cleat and so had to buy another one. Really it was my fault. But just make sure that you've got placement just right before you tighten them.Recommended based on very good value.

For "Marine Grade Stainless", it fails the test. It RUSTS! Already installed, and rusting. Existing cleats on boat have no issues, only this one.
