Modiphius Dishonored RPG Core Book

This is a phenomenal game I can not wait to run it for my group.

This book is beautiful and truly captures the spirit of the franchise.

If you’re used to larger dimensions on core rule books you will be disappointed. This book is small. Also, it’s not the fault of the book but it wasn’t packaged well so the corners were damaged. I exchanged it. Book content is great and really interesting for fans of the video games even if you don’t plan to play the tabletop RPG.

I look forward to running this system a lot. The book portrays the mood of Dishonored so well, and it has some comics in the book for various situations, which is amazing.

From the Dishonored series of video games comes to the pen-and-paper role-playing game. While the core rpg book is a bit small in size, it comes packed with quite a bit of game information to play a tabletop version of Dishonored. Haven't run a game with it as of yet, but have friends that definitely show interest in giving it a try at our next get together for game night as we're all fans of the video game series. So something to look forward to.

Game is really fun!

Dishonored's Empire of the Isles would be a truly awful place to live, and the Dishonored role-playing game shows us why. It's a fascinating deep dive into a world that's teetering on the edge of collapse, and it captures the spirit of the video game series perfectly. A clever word-based system translates the game-play of its inspiration with ease, heavy consequences follow your actions, and it's stuffed with new details in a grimy, violent setting. This is the perfect example of how to bring a video game to the tabletop.

I see what everyone is talking about now. It's not the normal size of the typical RPG core book. But it's beautiful. The system is a bit different, and is clearly more narrative focused than dice focused. That's a good thing in my book. I'm very impressed with it, and would give it a 5 but there was some damage to the cover during shipping.
