A big plus is that they’re genuinely easy to swallow (small tablets) and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. The natural aroma is fine, and I like that they’re vegan and UK made. For the price, the 120-tablet pack is excellent value and lasts a good while. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the blend can feel a little strong for sensitive stomachs, especially if taken on an empty stomach. Taking them with food sorted it for me, but it’s worth noting. Overall, a very good turmeric supplement with a strong ingredient profile and great value. Would recommend.

I've been taking Turmeric supplements for a few years now but only discovered this one as my last product was not available anymore. Always a concern on amazon as thngs often just dissapear once you find something you like and have it on repeat. If you have done your research you will know that Turmeric is a spice that contains curcumin which is a powerful antioxidant. Reduces inflamation in the body by blocking molecules that cause swelling and pain. I have put this here as I like to do thorough research before committing to buying. I do find full review very helpful too. I am genuily impressed with the results. Been using this now for over a month consistently as directed. My joint stiffness in the mornings in particular seems to be so much better. And general inflammation. This was apparent even just after about 2 weeks. What I like most is that it isn't just plain turmeric - it also has Curcumin (this is the active compound) and black pepper and ginger. If you are like me and into supplements - and want to understand why this is important here's a little summary (you are welcome) :-) Curcumin - active compound - does all the heavy lifting ! Ginger - adds the extra anti inflammatory and digestion support Black Pepper - his is supposed to boost the absorbtion of curcumin by somethng like 2000% !! so you are actually getting the benefits rather than just passing it through your system I have noticed less bloating and feel more 'comfortable' after a meal. Used to get occassional heartburn but this has eased off slightly. The tablets themselves are easy to swallow. Recommendation is 2 per day, They are small and tasteless - something I hve struggled wit in the past is the after taste. Being a UK based company is also reassuring if that concerns you - I just want to know I can reorder without having to wait for a shipment to arrive - something that has affected me in the past. In summary - I would highly recommend - if you are looking for something to help with inflamation, digestion and or joint pain. It can also help with other inflammatory condition. I would do a little extra research to see the full benefits. A true superfood. You do need to be consistent as with any other product and the directions it has. It's been working for me and I have noticed a significant differnence. Highly recommend.

Bought them for my husband’s back pain then decided to try them myself for my painful knee. What a pleasant surprise! Not only it helped with the pain, but made myself feel better all over. And they are also very tiny, I’ve binned supplements in the past due to their horse pill size. Great price too!

Tiny tablet so easy to swallow. Difficult to know if the are helping but will keep at it. Combination of this and some turmeric oil I bought have definitely alleviated the symptoms of an achy hip.
