I am absolutely in love with the Kenneth Cole REACTION Chelsea Chevron Quilted Luggage! So I was actually trying to buy a different piece of KC luggage I'd seen that was at an incredible price. Unfortunately, when I looked, the item was sold out. Under the section "you might like this", this "bundle" was offered. The price was incredible and I trust the Kenneth Cole brand to provide a quality product, so I ordered it. It came just in time for a quick turnaround trip very recently and it performed beautifully! It's classic look and design (another credit to the KC brand), roominess of both the roller and the backpack, and the ease of getting it into the overhead bin makes these two the perfect travel duo. As a rule I am not label or designer conscious, but Kenneth Coleis one who will get my consideration.

This little bag has no problem as a carryon, it’s lightweight, and very maneuverable. It also fits on top of my suitcase which I take as a check bag. The wheels are very nice and allow maneuverability in all directions. It also holds a lot. After reading some of the reviews I almost did not purchase it. Boy would that have been a mistake if I did not purchase it, because it’s the best bag I’ve ever had as a carryon. I did not understand some of the reviews it got. The color is as it says it is, black with gold zippers and looks great very classy. The zippers move well and seem like they will be very durable as long as you are not over stuffing it or shoving a laptop in that won’t fit. My laptop fits just fine in it, with an additional padded pouch I use to protect it, and there is still plenty of room without stressing the zippers. It’s got extra pockets inside and out for organizing. Very well made. I see people stuffing much larger bags in the overhead carryon compartments that shouldn’t even be allowed. This actually fits under the seat very nicely and I can still put my purse inside as long as it’s a small to medium size, with the laptop and other things. Great bag and I have not found anything I don’t like about it yet.

This is a review of the two-piece set with a 20” carryon and a 28” suitcase. We bought the set in July 2024. It’s now mid-November 2024 (not even six months later) and the 28” suitcase is totally unusable and will be thrown out. The zipper completely broke on our second trip with this set. It zips only in one corner. The rest of the zipper either gets stuck and won’t close or closes but can be pulled open by lifting the suitcase at the edge. (See video) Every piece of checked luggage is handled from multiple angles and even a luggage strap or three would not redeem this zipper breakage. It’s only by the grace and professionalism of the baggage handlers that I didn’t lose EVERYTHING from my entire suitcase on this last trip. Also cannot imagine what would’ve happened on a rainy or snowy day! This set is very poor quality manufacturing and I’ll never buy this brand again or recommend this product to anyone. At this price point, a suitcase should last at least a decade unless you’re a road warrior. I doubt I’ll ever check the smaller bag and probably will always bring luggage straps with it whenever I use it as carryon.

I love this bag and I've had it for over a year now. It fits perfectly under the seat of most every plane and I've been traveling a lot. It looks great! It's room and has a lot of pockets and zippers. My two issues are the handle is very flimsy, so it is wobbly when rolling by itself. And sadly, the 360-spinner wheels are not great, I have a hard time keeping them in a straight line. And now one of them has partly come off, so it is even harder to roll. I hope the next version they make is better.

The handle is already coming loose after just a few uses. Other than that, it's very nice and rolls smoothly.

- Perfect laptop/backpack/travel document layout and maxes standard TSA under-seat size. It's comfortable to wear and the bands on the back makes it easy to stack on the handle of the carry-on. - The carry-on is just as well thought out with the perfect pockets accessible from the outside for electric razors, toothbrush and paste, soap, shampoo, etc and not be in the main area. so you can leave it standing up and get everything you need after you hang up your clothes, put underwear and socks in drawers, and get at your tooth paste, brush, soap, shampoo, and electric razor while it standing up. The only possible issue I might have, which I have not had yet, is it stands slightly too tall for the TSA carry-on standard. I have never been flagged for it, but I have a little tool kit inside so I can pull the wheels if it ever becomes a problem.
